UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING PROJECT

MEETING NOTICE 

 

 

Our initial neighborhood meeting to discuss the Utility Undergrounding project will be:

 

·        Tuesday, May 6^th, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.   

·        26101 Basswood Avenue

(26101 Basswood is at the end of Basswood on the cul-de-sac)

 

At the meeting we will cover these items:

 

·        Overview of project

·        Appointment of key contact neighbors for each street

·        Open discussion for project issues (These issues will be presented to RPV City representatives prior to our June neighborhood meeting that the representatives will attend.)

 

We had an outstanding response to our initial announcement of the utility undergrounding project for the Grandview Silver Spur neighborhood. Supporters continue to contact me as they speak with other neighbors and understand the significance of moving forward with this major improvement.
